Database and Network Management 

CTA staff use diagnostic tools and skills to determine solutions for issues caused by system or network configuration settings.  Our staff can troubleshoot and fix issues or advise district staff how to fix it. Database management and network services can be contracted short-term or annually.

Specific network services performed by CTA techs include network traffic monitoring, firewall services, VPN (virtual private network) access, wireless management, DNS and DHCP management. CTA also interfaces with network vendors to troubleshoot issues with network connectivity and performance.
