CTA provides technology consulting services that can help districts identify possible hotspots, new and re-placement technologies to use, and assist with putting plans in place to correct systems before they fail.  Assessments and planning can help districts identify where to spend technology dollars more effectively over time.

Assessment teams are lead by a senior level CTA staff member.  The make up of the team is dependent on the type of review the district requests.  Appropriate team members are assigned based on their technological experience and expertise.
