CTA provides support for Windows and Linux servers, both as an on-site and co-located service. Servers are monitored 24/7 for basic health parameters such as service availability and connectivity. Updates are applied during an agreed upon regular maintenance window and application updates are scheduled in advance as needed.

CTA provides co-location services for customer owned physical hardware at any of our geographically diverse data centers.  Co-location costs will vary depending on physical space, power consumption and network bandwidth requirements.

Virtual dedicated servers are available for long and short-term rental.  Virtual platforms are offered both as Linux and Windows. Costs vary depending on desired platform and resource needs including CPU, memory, and storage.
